Texas Sheet Cake

Texas Sheet Cake

It's just a chocolate cake. It's yum, but probably not the yummiest I've ever had. It's very moist, but also very light and fluffy. I do tend to be a bit of a fan of fudgy heavy chocolate cakes. It's also BIG, probably where it gets it's name. Filled my whole roasting pan! I'm now slicing it up and freezing it in portions for the kiddies etc. It's also delish, warmed in the microwave for 20 seconds on medium power :)

Happy Saturday. I just photographed a beautiful bubba girl. Off to have a family lunch with my family. Brett is working on the pond/bar lighting (getting ready for his huge party). His 30th is comming up and we are having a pretty big party here. Our garage is being transformed into "club shake-it" LOL Classic. You should see the two of us brain storming all these hillarious ideas. Now... does anyone know where I can get an ink pad, with that ink that glows under neon blue lights? The Dava, down here used to do pass outs with it, and you can't see it under normal light, only under neon blue lights. Great when you didn't have to scrub off a pass out stamp before work the next day :) Anyway, if you know what they would be called, or where I can find one, please email me or leave me a comment. Thanks

Off to eat cake. Ooops, I mean cut it up and freeze it.

Ohh Katie, the cake sounds yum. And this 30th party sounds like it's going to go off. Sounds like you'll have an awesome time. Can't wait to see pics of it all!
