some scrappy stuff

I finally got to go shopping. Here is the mini album I made for mothers day. I made two identical ones, my mum and MIL always get the same stuff. I used a big HS letter for the front cover and cut the back from a piece of chipboard. N stands for Nanna, there is a little frosted plastic tag hanging from
the brown
ribbon at the top that says 'thankyou'
Each page has a poem or quote about nannas. I used lots of photos from our visit to the beach a month or so ago. Then just punched whole in the sides and popped in some binder rings. So mothers day pressies are done! I'm early for once.

The next page BE is using some of the yummy new Daisy D's papers - LOVE their new ranges. The text is a little poem "I'd like to be a lighthouse...." Love that photo of Liam looking out at the water. I'm tempted to enlarge and frame that one.

And my scrummy little man again and all the things about him that are wonderful. This is straight IRL, the frame corner made it scan a little funky.

Have a fantastic Easter girls. I have to go make some Easterbunny food now and help Liam get his egg basket ready (ie, empty my scrapping junk out of it and clean it up LOL)
