Layouts 3 & 4

For those who wanted to know if there is a cut off time... the only time is 'before you go scrap shopping again'.

Here's number 3 (actually #4, I uploaded them in the wrong order)

Used up some Wild Asparagus papers, Canson photo corners, fabric flowers from a gerbera I pulled apart some time last year, some more of my letter tiles that I printed up while I was pregnant with Ethan, Collections chipboard heart and a Junkitz long brad. Even the photos on these layouts have been sitting on my desk for months. This one was from an early morning trip to the beach in November last year. I love going to the beach early, the people are so friendly at that time of day. I was sitting on a stone wall taking photos of Liam as he was playing in the sand, and Ethan was napping in the pram behind me. A lovely couple stopped and asked if I'd like my photo taken with him. I accepted their kind offer and actually made it into a photo with my son! Mills beach again (AKA Liam's favourite beach).

Layout #4, scraps of Deja Views papers, ribbon bows that were sitting in a bowl on my desk, a Maya Road chipboard flower from the Scrapanalia pack, that was supposed to go on one of the previous layouts, but didn't fit, HS letters, Bazzill Chips (that I bought 'cos Jess did!') and some rubons I bought in Kmart for $1.

Also have half made two cards with scraps (I use the bit I cut off the side of the 12x12 for the card base.)

Six more layouts and I can go shopping!

Liam stayed at my mum and dads last night. It the first time he has ever spent the night there. Mum took Liam and Aidan (my nephew) to see the Shaggy Dog Story at the movies (is that the name of it?) Then they fed the possums and had a sleep over top and tailed in the same bed. She did say they were at opposite ends this morning though LOL. And they had pancakes for breakfast YUM! After we picked him up we headed up to the palm nursery at Carrum Downs, then Garden World (Keysborough?), then home via a friends place. Then off to do the grocery shopping, cook dinner and now I have to go bath/bed the boys, pack the bags, finish making the soup I am in the middle of, do another two loads of washing, finish Lyn's CJ, maybe start to edit a photoshoot, and get some sleep. Boss' DS is away tomorrow I think. (No smiley simple quite big enough LOL)

The nights are getting so cold now. I put the central heating on the last two mornings. I dug out Liam's old polar fleece sleeping bag suit last night for Ethan... he was so snug and warm he slept all night :) Suppose we should start to think about getting some carpet in this house! (yep, that's right... I did say it wasn't finished LOL)

Hope you all had a great weekend... and hope your Monday is good too.
