Good mail day :)

Finally my Scrapbooking Memories arrived today. I seem to get mine a long time after everyone else. Even Lou gets hers at least two days before me, and she lives off the same road. Unless they send them in alphabetical order, that would put me at the end of the queue. Anyway it arrived today. Jane did let me have a sneek-peek at hers on Saturday night. Here's my layout. Should I own up and admit that I cloned the grass in the photo LOL! There is no patch of grass that lush in our back garden that's for sure. But plans are in progress, so pretty soon all you will hear about will be the master builder (ahm... Brett) and his efforts with deck and pergola building. Scotty will be helping too though. Brett loves to have a project to work on, as some of you know he owner built our house (I say 'he' cos I really did very little except the plastering... choosing paint colours... attempting to control the finances... look after Liam... pack up our house and move into Brett parents house... and deal with pregnancy & miscarrage... Oh THE JOYS! Anyway, back to the subject...

Also in the mail today was my Scrapanalia package. Go look at the site, the link is in my sidebar. They have bought out monthly challenge packs, and for once someone has finally thought to make girl/boy kits! I've been looking at kits on different sites lately, but they are ALL pink, flowery, girly kits. I use quite a bit of girly stuff, but I wouldn't be able to use the kits I've previously seen. I was stoked when I found these, and had to email Jess straight away. That was Thursday or Friday, and it already arrived today! (faster than my SM!) I have a few ideas, but didn't manage to just whip out another 'Desperate Housewives' layout tonight.

I was thinking of you tonight when I saw Desperate Housewives begin. Surely you could have whipped up a few layouts before the first ad, Katie ! LOL. This layout is adorable. What issue is SM up to? I have a feeling I might have something in that one or maybe the next. I'll have to check it out. Look forward to seeing your kit layout soon.

love this layout! It's the only place I'm gonna see it, too, because my subscription to SM has run out and I'm not renewing it. I always got my mag about 2 weeks after everyone else seemed to. It's frustrating isn't it!
